Chris Effah

Since 2012 Chris has supported organisations to identify and integrate AI driven data extraction and processing solutions. He consulted projects such as Union Investment’s 1bn. Aqua-portfolio sale, Brookfield’s Potsdamer Platz acquisition and Deutsche Post DHL’s global real estate lease portfolio audit. Chris is a trained lawyer and now supports startups and scaleups in Berlin and London to find the right product market fit and to create and execute matching marketing and sales processes.

Peyman Pouryekta

Since 2005 Peyman has held CTO and other management positions at IT, Proptech and AI-technology companies. He co-developed an AI-operated product for the real estate industry and built up the company’s IT department. Peyman consults companies to identify and implement fit-for-purpose technology. Peyman and Chris have worked on dozens of projects for DAX and Fortune 500 companies. Peyman has a deep understanding of frontend-, backend- development as well as AI technology and is able to communicate his knowledge to non-technical stakeholders.
